We are going to Disney this February and have never been there that time of year. I am wondering what the weather is usually like and what to pack -- shorts and tee-shirts, jeans and sweatshirts? Is it warm enough to swim?

    Hi Kara,

Although the weather can change drastically from one moment to the next, here is a weather summary for what typically it should be like in February:

    Orlando Weather In February

Orlando Weather In February is warm enough on many days for people to swim, although you may want to wait until late morning for the sun to warm things up a little. As always in Florida, it can rain, but chances are it'll be a quick sprinkling. February is a very nice time to golf in Orlando. The water parks may also be more enjoyable later in the day. The daily temperature climbs just a few degrees during the month, it's a sign of things to come. Orlando Weather In February is a nice alternative for anyone who lives in a cold weather area. It's a good time to visit Walt Disney World!  Temperatures can range from Record lows: 26F; Normal lows: 63F; Normal Highs: 74F; and Record Highs: 89F.

I think based on this information I would probably bring mostly summer clothes and a few warmer, just in case of record lows! (I always have the thought when traveling, that if I need something I didn't bring, I can always buy it there!).  The pools are all heated in the Walt Disney World Resorts, and you should be more than fine to enjoy a good swim!!!!

Have a wonderful trip in February!

    Best Wishes,
