Hello Luciana, How exciting!!! Any time spent at Walt Disney World is guaranteed to be amazing so I'm really happy that you're visiting. The weather in February is terrific too; not hot at all! If you want to do a different park on each day, the most suitable for a 7 and 8 year old would be Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom (in that order). It will be a lot of running around, so you may decide to drop one of the parks and use your last day to finish up a park you already visited, or revisit your favorite rides. Really, any of the parks that you choose will be great for every age in your party. You don't have to worry at all that the kids won't have fun at any particular park.
