Hi, We are going on Disney Fantasy June 30. I have aready checked in online. It asked who would be able to charge on the credit card. I know that the cruise ship will not use cash so I added my 15 year old to the list. How can I limit the amount he charges

    Hi Donald,

You're going to love the Disney Fantasy!  I sailed on it not too long ago, and it was amazing...I'm still dreaming about it:)

When you arrive at the terminal on Embarkation Day, you can go to one of the Disney representatives who are checking in all of the Guests.  They will double check which credit card you are using, and it is then that you can ask them to put a limit on your son's Key to the World card for his charges.

Now, you sound a bit concerned (just like me)so I will tell you that I didn't give my 14 year old daughter any charging privileges.  I was always afraid she would drop her card somewhere.  She never needed to charge anything anyway.  If she wanted anything to drink or eat onboard, she knew to go to the pool deck to get it free of charge.  If she wanted to buy anything in the stores, she waited until we went together (we like to shop together anyway).  For the arcade, you can go preload an arcade card by using your Key to the World card.  So really, I can't think of anything a teenager would need the charge card for.

I hope this helps Donald.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.  Bon voyage!
