We are going on the Disney fantasy in February. What nights do we attend the live shows? And we watch each love show only once? We are trying to plan our excursions and return to the ship to make sure we make the shows. Thank you

Hello there, Daniel. It's great to have you sail our way at planDisney. Welcome!

The Disney Fantasy is one of my favorite ships in the fleet and I know that your plans for February are going to be filled with fun and adventure! While Disney Cruise Line doesn't release the entertainment schedule prior to boarding the ship, I can give you some ideas about what to expect when it comes to scheduling your plans to enjoy live entertainment onboard.

Entertainment schedules are subject to change, however, it is common to have some type of entertainment offered in the Walt Disney Theatre every evening onboard. This can range from a musical spectacular to a variety act (think magician, contortionist, or comedian). The live shows are offered twice a night, typically around 6:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The show that you attend will depend upon your dinner seating time. Guests with the main dining time (usually around 5:45 p.m.) will eat dinner and then head to the later show. Guests with the second dinner seating (about 8:30 p.m.) attend the earlier show and then head to dinner. Your schedule will depend on your dinner time. The schedule will be available to view once you have stepped aboard the Disney Fantasy using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app

If you are scheduled for the earlier dinner time and want to spend extra time exploring the port, be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard for the dining options that will be available to you if you choose to skip your dinner seating. And don't forget about the 24-hour room service! One thing is for sure, you won't go hungry!

After the entertainment in the Walt Disney Theatre has concluded for the evening, there are still plenty of ways to have fun. You'll find Character greetings, trivia games, karaoke, dance parties, and more in the daily activity schedule. I'm always fond of hearing the musicians that perform in lounges and common areas around the ship as well. There is so much in store and I can't wait for you to take part in it all!

Have a wonderful voyage and please sail our way again in the future if you have any more questions for us. My pals and I are here and very happy to assist you.

    Happy Planning and Happy Sailing!
