Hi Disney Moms! I have a family of 4 that is traveling to WDW in April for 5 days! Can you help us decide which we will need more? The Quick service dining plan or the Park hopper? Thanks!!

    Hello, Jenifer!

WOO HOO!  Your Walt Disney World vacation is just around the corner!!  I KNOW your family is going to have an unforgettable time!

If I had to choose between the Quick Service Dining Plan or the Park Hopper Option, I would definitely choose the Quick Service Dining Plan.  Here are the reasons why...

    1.  Traveling from one Disney Theme Park to another is very time consuming.  On average, it has taken my family almost a hour to travel between Disney Parks. Because time is precious at Walt Disney World, I would much rather use my time wisely at one Disney Theme Park than spending time traveling to another park the same day.

    2.  I believe traveling from one Disney Theme Park to another causes additional stress that can be avoided if you stay at one Disney Theme Park all day.  You know the stress of packing everything up to get to a Disney Theme Park. Why would would want to go through that "pack up, wait for the bus, and travel" stress again? (This point is the number one reason why my wife does not like the Park Hopper Option.)

    3.  My family likes the psychology of purchasing the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan.  What I mean is that it is so nice to already "pre-pay" your meals, so it feels like you are getting so much more from your Dining Plan.  (I also like I don't have to say "no" to my kids when they want dessert!)

I hope this helps you make your decision.  If you have more questions, please let us know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
