Hi Leslie!
It sounds like you're planning an exciting Disney trip! October is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. Magic Kingdom Park and Disney Springs are decked out in their fall best and over at EPCOT, the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Presented by CORKCICLE is in full swing.
Now let’s talk about your question. If you booked a Vacation Package (which likely includes both your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, Theme Park Tickets and maybe even one of the
Disney Dining Plans if you opted for that option), your Theme Park Tickets will activate on the day you check in.
If you purchased the 4-Day, 4-Park Theme Park Theme Park Ticket
Special Offer, you’ll need to be aware that these tickets had an expiration date, typically requiring use by September 29, 2024. Since your trip is in October, if you have purchased those tickets and haven’t used them yet, you may be able to visit a Guest Relations location and apply the value of the unused tickets toward purchasing a new
Theme Park Ticket option. I would recommend confirming this with Guest Relations in person or by contacting the Existing Ticket Line directly. To be certain about the specifics of what you booked, I highly recommend that you
contact the Walt Disney World Resort directly for clarification.
Wishing you and your family a magical time at Disney!
