Hi Disney Moms! My family and I will be at Disney for four nights in February. Since there are 5 night shows, which one do we skip? Is it a terrible idea to try and fit two shows in in one night?

Hello, Caroline! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to see that your Magical vacation is only a month away!

For me, Fireworks & Nighttime Spectaculars make my Disney days complete, so I am thrilled to help guide you in your planning. First, I will say, the "best" shows are based on your family's interests and you can't go wrong, no matter what you choose.

My favorite and a must-see for my family is the Happily Ever After Fireworks at Magic Kingdom Park. This show not only has truly amazing fireworks, but with the projections and the music, pulls at my heartstrings as a mother. I would definitely recommend putting this at the top of your list and hope you love it as much as I do. Also at Magic Kingdom Park, you will see the Once Upon A Time castle show. You can easily see both shows in the same evening. Make sure to grab a Times Guide when entering the park so you know when the first show will begin.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, both Fantasmic! and Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular play nightly. Because of the timing of these shows, you are not able to see both on the same evening. If The Force is strong in your family, I would highly recommend seeing Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. However, if you are a classic Mickey Mouse fan and would rather have more of a stage-show than projections, choose Fantasmic! My family prefers Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, but keep in mind, I have little Jedi's that love Star Wars.

If you'll be spending an evening in Epcot, you can catch Epcot Forever- this is a limited time show with some really cool elements over the water! I love that you can find great viewing in many spots around the World Showcase.

Lastly, at Disney's Animal Kingdom, the nighttime shows are without pyrotechnics, but beautiful nonetheless. You can see both Rivers of Light: We Are One and the Tree of Life Nighttime Awakenings if you so choose. If you are unable to see both, I recommend enjoying the Tree of Life Nighttime Awakenings since it occurs multiple times throughout the night, leaving you more time to explore Pandora- The World of Avatar.

Caroline, I hope this helps as you are preparing for your trip. However you decide to spend your evenings, I will be sending my best wishes and pixie dust for an unforgettable vacation.
