Hi Karen! Welcome to planDisney.
I cannot think of a better way to ring in the new year than with a January visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. You are counting down the weeks until you are enjoying all the pixie dust that's part of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Hurray!
I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues with the
Disney Park Pass system. Let's see if I can help you get your Theme Park Reservations made today.
First, are you logged in to your
My Disney Experience account? Click "Sign in" at the top of the
Walt Disney World Resort website and enter your My Disney Experience username and password. Then, check to be sure your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation is linked. Hover over the My Disney Experience tab and then click "My Plans." Hover over "Resort Hotel" to view your reservation or click "Link a Reservation" if you need to do that and follow those steps. Then, hover over "Park Reservations" and "Make a Park Reservation." Follow the prompts, and make sure when you select everyone in your party that they all have valid theme park admission linked in My Disney Experience, and are connected to a resort hotel reservation. The calendar that appears should be the one for Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
If that isn't working for you, I recommend logging out and trying again on another browser. I've also heard that clearing your search history or using an incognito browsing window can help with this issue. You are also welcome to call and speak with a Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience Help Desk. They can be reached by calling (407) 939-4357. Hold times are longer than usual right now as many Guests are planning their
Return to a World of Magic, so I always multitask while I enjoy the Disney hold music.
I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that you're able to solve this problem as easily as "bibbidi bobbidi boo!" and that you're on to making all your plans and dreaming about your vacation. Your pals here at planDisney are here to help with any other questions you might have, so please come back and see us. I enjoy reading the
Disney Parks Blog as I count down to my visit - they share news, updates, and lots of planning tips so I can enjoy as many tasty treats and new experiences as I can. Enjoy every minute!
Wishing you much magic,
Robyn
