My Disney Experience won't let me link more than one guest to my account. Will all guests still be able to get into the park for early access if that isn't showing up on their accounts even when we're all linked?

    Hiya Chase!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us your question! Early Park Entry is one of the many perks that come with staying at Disney Resorts and select hotels, and they are such a great way to get the most out of your Disney vacation. I remember visiting the parks during Extra Magic Hours and having so much fun with my friends and family. You can genuinely see the difference in theme park attendance and get so much done in a limited amount of time!

Now, let's talk about how you and your loved ones can enjoy these special perks together! Unfortunately, to benefit from the Early Park Entry that Resort guests have access to, you will be required to scan your MagicBand or ticket associated with your Resort hotel reservation. Therefore, if the rest of your party is not linked to the Resort reservation, they will not be able to attend Early Park Entry as it is reserved for Resort guests. We would need to make sure that your whole party is linked to your reservation. Thankfully, we can do a few things to fix this issue! First, I would recommend signing in to your My Disney Experience account on a different device, if that is possible, and trying to link to the rest of your party from there. If you still cannot add other guests to your Family & Friends List and your Resort reservation has the correct number of guests, your party could try to link the Resort reservation on their own My Disney Experience account. Second, I would highly recommend reaching out to a Cast Member via chat, email or phone if you are still experiencing issues with this process. Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers and will be able to link everybody to the reservation for you!

Once your whole party is correctly linked to your account, make sure to link your theme park tickets to your accounts and make your theme park reservations, as they are both required for valid theme park admission. Since I am not sure when you will be visiting, I would highly recommend that you plan your vacation during the World's Most Magical Celebration. Indeed, with so many unique treats and souvenirs, new fireworks and returning offerings such as Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade and Mickey's Magical Friendship Faire, this is a celebration you will not want to miss!

I hope this was helpful, Chase, and that you and your loved ones will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation! If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your vacation, don't hesitate to reach out. You and me, we're in a club now, and you're as welcome as can be!

    Have a magical day,
