so excited, Jamie. It's less than exciting, however, to hear that you're having issues making an online payment. With your final balance due in a few days, let's figure this out so you can sit back, relax and start your countdown to the magic!
First of all, Hakuna Matata, Jamie. It means "no worries." Even though your paid deposit is not listed under your plans, it was required to book your vacation package. So, if your reservation is there, the system has a record of your deposit and any other payments that have been made.
Secondly, I have had the same
technical issue making an online payment on my My Disney Experience account, so I'm more than happy to help. First, make sure that you are using the latest version of your web browser. Then, I recommend clearing your cache. Doing this usually helps the websites I visit run faster and better.
Next, log into your
My Disney Experience account on the
Walt Disney World website, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and click "
My Plans." Here, you will see your Disney Resort hotel reservation information, and if your package is eligible for making online payments, you should see a "Make a Payment" option. Click this link to start the process of making a payment online. If you still don't see this option, I recommend calling (407) 939-4357 to make a payment with a Cast Member over the phone. Let the magic and the countdown begin!
