Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brittney. I'm so glad you stopped by!
I love using My Disney Experience to plan my family's Walt Disney World Resort vacations. It's so convenient! When I recently logged in to My Disney Experience, I actually had the same issue that you have. I clicked on the blue hyperlink on my welcome page that says "View My Tickets," and only saw
my theme park tickets listed for my upcoming visit (you should have individual listings for everyone in your travel party). I finally found tickets listed for my family, so I'll walk you through the steps I took to view them! Log in to
My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World Resort website. When you're logged in, your welcome screen will appear, but don't click on the "View My Tickets" hyperlink there. Rather, hover over the "My Disney Experience" drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen, just below the search box. Under the "Plan and Manage" section of the drop-down menu, click on "My Reservations and Tickets." On this screen, you should see all tickets and passes that you purchased for your family. If you have any Resort hotel reservations, you may have to scroll past them to see the "Tickets and Passes" section. In this section, I can see the theme park tickets listed for each member of my family. If you still don't see individual listings, I encourage you to call a My Disney Experience expert at (407) 939-4357.
I certainly hope this was helpful, Brittney. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
