On My Disney Experience, under "Plans and Tickets", "My Planning Party", our one Florida resident shows he has "no linked resort hotel reservation" even though he has his own room under his name...is this a problem?

    Hello again Kathleen,

The answer depends on whether your friend has set his My Disney Experience account to only allow you to see your “shared” plans, and not any information that doesn’t include you or another person’s My Disney Experience account that you may manage.

If your friend made his own reservation, ask him to see whether it’s showing up when he logs into his account. If it isn’t there, either, or if you’re the one who made his hotel reservation, then please call (407) 939-7523 in order to see whether there is an issue. If he’s the one who made his own reservation, then he should be the one to contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to confirm that his reservation is still active in the system.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
