On My Disney Experience when I noticed that the park admission icon beside my 1yo's name was grayed out. Do infants not need park tickets? I purchased them with out package but was just curious if this was a glitch from my purchase or not?

    Howdy, Crystal!

Only guests three and older require a theme park ticket. Since your little one is only a year old, they do not need a park ticket to experience all of the magical adventures that await you throughout the theme parks.

When it comes to FastPass+, your little one won't be able to secure any FastPass+ attractions or show since they won't have a ticket for admission. But no worries, Crystal! Just bring your little one into the FastPass+ line with you. Just make sure that the FastPass+ plus line that you will be entering meet your little one's height requirement. Search through the Walt Disney World website for all of the attractions that you are interested in. Each will list the height requirement. Any attraction that says "Any Height", your little one will be able to enjoy with you. Rides such as its a small world, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and The Seas with Nemo and Friends are just a few attractions that your little one can enjoy with you and your family.

Also, your little one will not receive a MagicBand if you are staying at one of the Walt Disney World. As soon as your little one turns three, they'll be able to enjoy the FastPass+ service and the complimentary MagicBands. If you want to purchase a MagicBand for your little to wear during the trip, they are available for purchase on the shopDisney website and mobile app, as well as, throughout Walt Disney World at the resorts and theme parks.

Have a magical time at Disney with your little. Be sure to find the Baby Care Centers located in each theme park. These centers are free to enter and offer most baby supplies for purchase. When we had little ones, we loved to stop in for a quick stop in the air conditioning and a snack!

    Happy planning,
