Disney experience will not let me make a park reservation. I have tickets and there is availability. My guest list is rejected saying that there not enough passes.

    Hi Dan,

Welcome to planDisney! Wow, your vacation is this week, are you getting excited?

Dan, you might want to first confirm that all your tickets are linked in the My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this, select the three lines in the lower right corner, then select “Tickets and Passes”. On this page, you should see all your party’s tickets. You’ll also want to make sure that everyone has the same number of days on their tickets. If you’re trying to make multiple reservations and one guest’s ticket has one less day in the Theme Parks, this could be the reason you’re getting the error message.

Once all of your Theme Park tickets are confirmed, I suggest creating your Disney Park Pass reservations one by one. I know this may be a bit tedious, but it might allow you to pinpoint the ticket issue. Start with your ticket. Make all the reservations for your vacation, then if you’re successful, go through the same process with another ticket. Continue repeating this process until all your reservations are made for all the guests in your party. Hopefully, when you go through this process, you’ll see what may be causing the issue.

Remember, if you have any Annual Passholders in your party, they can only make three to five reservations depending on their Annual Pass. However, if they are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, they’d have additional days based on the length of the stay. You'll want to connect with that member of your party to confirm their availability, if applicable.

If you’re still having issues making all your reservations, you should speak with a Cast Member at the My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. They should be able to look at your tickets and help resolve the issue. I suggest calling as soon as possible so you can get everything reserved and in order before you travel!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort this week. If you have any last minute vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
