My Disney Experience. Large group of us going to WDW (15). We have 4 rooms. 2 of us have MDE accounts. Is it best just to add the guests from the other rooms via friends and family or should someone from each room set up their own accounts then link?

    Hi Shannon,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort with such a large party!

I would definitely suggest that at least one adult per room have her or his own My Disney Experience Account. When I travel with large groups of adults, we actually all have our own My Disney Experience Accounts. We add each other through the My Family & Friends List and then share plans.

If at least four of you have My Disney Experience Accounts, you could actually divide into four "riding" groups and then have each group "leader" manage plans for her or his small group. Doing so might make it easier to manage Fast Pass+ plans, especially if members of your group want to divide and experience different rides. Dining reservations could work similarly or one person could make reservations for the entire group. If you have not already made advanced dining reservations, be sure to do so as soon as possible. On my most recent visit in June with a group of 27, we actually dined at Trail's End Restaurant and it was so much fun. Just be sure that you allot plenty of time to get to the restaurant!

Shannon, since you do have such a large group, I hope you have considered Memory Maker. Your entire group can share one Memory Maker so that you have access to all of your PhotoPass photos. My family loves our Memory Maker photos, especially the attraction photos and videos!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
