    where on my disney experience do i go to find my package deal. i cant find the email with my flight details

    Thanks so much for stopping by with such an important question concerning your future plans to holiday at Walt Disney World Resort in 2023!  Heather, it goes without saying that you'll want to be able to view the details of your already purchased Walt Disney Travel Company flight-inclusive holiday package both written on an email invoice and also (when successfully linked), within your My Disney Experience account.

    Heather, I'm more than happy to share that Guests should be able to conveniently access their Walt Disney Travel Company holiday package bookings via this handy Manage My Booking link.  To gain access, all that's currently required is the surname of the lead passenger, and of course, the booking reference number.

    Additionally, if you're still finding it a little tricky to recover the previously sent email confirmation of your Walt Disney Travel Company flight-inclusive holiday booking, I would definitely suggest contacting Cast Members who should be able to further assist with your endeavors! 

    Tech-savvy Cast Members can be contacted either by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us link. 

    Or if you so wish, it's always possible to email Cast Members via this handy email address: 
    When emailing, please do remember to provide all the pertinent details you have to hand such as the name of the lead passenger, holiday dates, and so on.
