    On my Disney Experience, I do my family list and my 3 year old grandson can’t be added to my list along with his family and me, I manually added the code but it was denied saying it’s my code, he has his own ticket and will add Genie+ to his, help

    I recently had a similar issue with my son’s account, which was a whole thing! I tried everything I could, but I failed to get it to recognize him and his theme park ticket. After so long, I finally called Website Support at (407) 939-4357, and an amazing cast member helped to fix my issue in a matter of minutes, which was a significant relief for me. I recommend giving them a call because they can help you get your grandsons added to your My Disney Experience account and Family & Friends list.
