    I am my Disney Experience but don’t know where to look to find what we owe and payment due date?

    HI Gail, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for visiting us with your question about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort.  It looks like you will be visiting shortly, just in time to enjoy the holiday season at the "Most Magical Place on Earth".  

    If you have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package that includes both Theme Park Tickets and a stay at one of the Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, your balance owing will be available for you to view and make payments online on the Walt Disney World Resort website, Under the My Disney Experience tab on the top right hand side of the website.  Once you locate the "My Disney Experience" tab, hover over the tab and select "My Plans".  In "My Plans" under "My Itinerary" scroll down to find your existing reservation, where you should be able to see all of the details for your resort, including balance owing.  Beside the balance owing, you should see a button to "Make a Payment".  Follow the prompts to add your payment information and complete the transaction.  Upon completion, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and the updated information will be available to view in your My Disney Experience Account.  

    If you have booked a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel Room-Only stay, you should be able to see the balance owing in My Disney Experience or on your original confirmation email.  Final payment for this type of reservation is due upon arrival, so once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort a Cast Member will be able to assist with your payment.
