Where on the My Disney Experience application, can I find a receipt for my original resort reservation purchase?

    Hi Ken,

    Welcome to planDisney!

We are happy to see you dropping by with a question! It sounds like you are searching for a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation in My Disney Experience. Just log into your MyDisney account and click on the tab for My Disney Experience. From there, click on My Plans. Once you are in My Plans, you should be able to scroll down and see your resort hotel reservation as long as you linked it to your account. If you do not see it, try linking it.

To link a resort hotel reservation, just find the confirmation number in the email that you should have received when you made the reservation. Then scroll down and click on the plus sign to Add More Plans. From there, click on Link Reservations and Purchases. You should then be able to link that resort reservation. Or, if using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars in the bottom right of the screen, and click on Hotel Reservations. Once you have checked in, using the mobile app, you should also be able to see an option to View Charges.

If you are still in the planning stages, be sure to order MagicBand+! My family adores the variety in designs and appreciates not having to use our mobile phones as much. We use our MagicBand+ to unlock our room door, to scan for Disney PhotoPass® Service photos, and scan into the theme parks.

Ken, if you have trouble linking your resort hotel reservation, you can always call to speak with a cast member in Website Support. They have been able to help me with a variety of issues! I hope this helps!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
