On the my disney experience app it is saying unable to show plans at this time. It's been like this for almost two weeks. I previously already linked my tickets and made park reservactions.. please help...

Hello, Angie. I'm so glad you've stopped by planDisney to ask your question!

I'm sorry that you seem to be having some technical difficulties using the MyDisneyExperience app. When an app isn't working on my phone, the first thing I always do is turn off and turn back on my phone. If that doesn't seem to work, then I suggest deleting the app from your phone and re-downloading it. Sometimes, if there is an update, there can be bugs or kinks in it and that gets all worked out when you redownload the app. If none of that seems to do the trick, I would call the MyDisneyExperience support line at (407) 939-4357. They should be able to help diagnose and fix the problem you are having within the app.

Until you can get the app working, hopefully, you are able to see and manage all of your plans on the MyDisneyExperience website using a computer instead. Have you checked to see if all of your plans are still there? Since you've already purchased your tickets and made your park pass reservations, you should be able to see all of that information once you are logged in under the "My Plans" section. If you are still getting an error message using MyDisneyExperience on a computer, I would try another browser. I know sometimes I have better luck on certain websites using a particular web browser and MyDisneyExperience can be finicky like that occasionally. Also sometimes I can get it to work by opening up an incognito window on my computer when I am using the internet instead. If all else fails maybe try to clear the cache on your computer and cross your fingers it works then.

If you are able to access your MyDisneyExperience account on a computer instead, but still aren't able to get the app working for your trip, you can always log into your account via your phone's internet browser. I actually created a little shortcut icon on my phone just to be able to open up my MyDisneyExperience account using safari because sometimes I feel like that runs more smoothly than the app. It helps to be able to have options on what to use while you are on vacation.

Angie, I hope you are able to get the MyDisneyExperience app up and running before your Walt Disney World vacation. I really do think the support team will be able to provide you with some suggestions that will work for you. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to come back and ask me

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
