I'm sorry to hear a Stitch-uation is preventing you from logging into your
My Disney Experience account. My Disney Experience is the magical cloud where all of your vacation entitlements (tickets, theme park reservations, dining reservations, Lightning Lane reservations, etc.) are housed and shared with members of your traveling party and Cast Members during your vacation. If you visited Walt Disney World Resort in the recent past, you likely created an account. The same account stays with you for past, present, and future vacations. My children once unintentionally had multiple My Disney Experience account profiles and we didn't realize it until they had trouble accessing a reservation in Magic Kingdom Park. The good news is you're recognizing the existence of multiple accounts before your trip, which gives you plenty of time to get all of your plans under the same account.
Only Cast Members have the right kind of magic to merge two independent My Disney Experience accounts, Mary. The friendly Cast Members at the
Technical and Website Support Number are waiting for your call, though you should expect an extended wait time as Cast Members are working diligently to help Guests answer magic's call to the
50th Anniversary Celebration. I typically call while I'm doing chores around the house - Disney has the best hold music!
