Hi Stuart, welcome to planDisney. I'm sorry you've had some issues creating a
Disney MagicMobile pass for your kids, so your tickets are accessible in your Apple Wallet.
If any member of your party has their own My Disney Experience account (if your children are over 13, for example), I recommend they create their own Disney MagicMobile pass on their personal device. Second, if another adult in your party holds permission for the plans of your children, they may need to be the person who sets up the pass on their device.
Let's go ahead and assume none of these potential pitfalls are applicable here and get on with how best to create a MagicMobile pass for your kids. First, log into your
My Disney Experience on your mobile device and select the 'Disney MagicMobile' tab (rather than Tickets and Passes, as I've previously had issues creating a pass here). Hopefully, here you can tick the name of your kids and then choose Add to your Wallet at the bottom of the screen. You can even decide to change the design of your pass if that's your thing.
Once you arrive at the Park entrance, you can swipe through to select the correct MagicMobile pass, and you will all scan through the gate individually. The helpful
videos online walk Guests through the process perfectly.
Stuart, if you have followed these steps with no luck, you can always speak with the helpful Cast Members by
phone. I'm sending a little pixie dust with this message that you mastered the MagicMobile pass and can get on with the
exciting planning of what to ride first!
If you anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here at planDisney.
Enjoy the magic, Stuart.
Louise
