    On my Disney experience app how do i know if I have memory maker as I have a photopass qr and when I click buy memory maker it goes to a page which says memory maker is included in passes bought in uk and staying at resort. I won the holiday as a prize

    Firstly I have to say that all of us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel send you our heartiest congratulations on winning a magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort; that truly is such pixie dusted good news to share!  And secondly as the current UK Mum here on the Panel it's always my absolute pleasure to assist another Guest from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans.
    It sounds like you've already started planning by creating a My Disney Experience account and perhaps even downloaded onto your smartphone the My Disney Experience mobile app which I'm sure you'll find super useful for making and changing plans on-the-move during your trip.
    From my own past experience of purchasing the UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets which include Memory Maker the entitlement does not always show-up in My Disney Experience as it seems to be magically included within the tickets and has always worked perfectly for me when in use.  Even though I can't be sure of the exact details of your prize holiday I am more than happy to share that at present Memory Maker is indeed a magical extra included within the price of select UK exclusive Ultimate Tickets, but for confirmation I recommend speaking with a knowledgeable Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
