Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Coleen!
Very soon, you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth--so exciting! Let's get your
My Disney Experience accounts in spit-spot shape.
I've experienced something very similar to what you are describing, and the fix may be fairly simple. First, head into your
My Disney Experience account and check the settings on each of your family members in your Family & Friends List. Regardless of who manages the accounts (you, your husband, the teens), if you click on "Update" next to each name, you can see if everyone can view "All My Plans" or "Only Our Shared Plans". If you select "All My Plans", this may resolve the issue.
Another way to fix this is to be sure that you and your husband have added everyone to all reservations. For example, I can make an
Advanced Dining Reservation for a party of five, but if I only list myself on the reservation, others in my party may not be able to see it. Adding each of you as a Guest on all reservations may enable everyone to view all plans.
Of course, you can always contact a Cast Member for technical assistance in your
My Disney Experience account. Just call the number listed at the bottom of the screen in that link; if Stitch has been messing with your account, they'll be sure to fix any glitches. (His badness level can be tricky...)
Have so much fun touring
Walt Disney World together, Coleen! If you have any additional questions as you plan, be sure to send them our way. We love to help!
