Nina from ON Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a Disney my experience account for our vacation planning, and my husband has a Disney plus account for the family. I was told I should link them, so that we can take advantage of discounts that may come up. Is this true? And if so, how do I do it?

Greetings, and a very warm welcome back to planDisney, Nina!

Thank you kindly for stopping by planDisney today – I happen to be the lucky Canadian fellow Guest who would be delighted to help you!

Nina, I am thrilled you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the Holiday season (my favourite time of year). You’re a perfect planner to also be in time for the 50th Anniversary Celebration – congratulations!

As a Disney+ subscriber, I was so happy to see the subscription automatically added to my list of memberships and passes on My Disney Experience account

In order for a Disney+ subscription to display on your My Disney Experience account, the Disney+ subscription would have to be under your name and email, Nina. Or your husband can create his own My Disney Experience account and then the Disney+ subscription in his name would automatically appear in his membership and passes section. You are also welcome to contact the Disney+ Support Center for further direction on perhaps changing the Disney+ account your husband currently holds to your name, which would also automatically link to your memberships and passes on your My Disney Experience online and on the app.

To check for all memberships and passes on your Disney account, please sign in to your account online and select your name/profile beneath the My Disney Experience planning area. When your profile page opens, please choose Memberships & Passes which should open your list of information. Using the My Disney Experience App, please sign in and select the Feature Menu on the bottom right of the screen. On your Welcome Nina page, kindly select Memberships & Passes to see your information. Be sure to update your profile on your Disney account to receive applicable information regarding any special offers and the like.

    Tips:
Nina, don’t forget to secure your advance Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations for each day of valid theme park admission, as this is the method of entry to the theme parks at this time.

Kindly refer to the official Walt Disney World Resort – Know Before You Go resource which is continuously evolving in preparation for your visit.

And don't forget to purchase your special event, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets, they're going quickly and I wouldn't want you to miss out on this Disney-style yuletide fun!

Nina, it was my pleasure assisting you today, please stop by planDisney to ask me for any other first-hand advice, it would be my honour to offer any further help.

    Best Disney and Disney+ Wishes!
    Jacqueline
