reserve theme park days and table service dining, or view
Disney PhotoPass images, you can do it all with a few clicks in My Disney Experience. The account is associated with an e-mail address rather than an account number, and it's the same e-mail address you used to log in to ask us a question!
Should you encounter problems with anything related to your My Disney Experience account, give the friendly Cast Members a call at (407) 939-4357.
While you just need an e-mail address to log in to My Disney Experience, if you are looking to link purchases or reservations to your account you will need individual confirmation numbers for each. If you purchased theme park tickets through a third party vendor for example, or if a friend made an
Advanced Dining Reservation that you will be part of, and you want to link these to your My Disney Experience account, you'll need to input a numerical confirmation in the "My Plans" section of your account.
Another number you might be thinking of is your four-digit PIN needed to
charge purchases to your resort room. This number is initially set up in the online check-in section of your My Disney Experience account, but can be modified at any time. If you set up a PIN in the past and need to change it, select "Profile" and then "Payment Method."
