I'm so excited to hear that you have been able to set up your new
Disney MagicMobile pass and download your enhanced digital Membership Card to your digital wallet. This should make it super convenient to easily access your digital credentials any time you need to show them for
discounts and other Member benefits. Now, Members no longer have to worry about forgetting to bring their Membership cards to the theme parks! Yay!
I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your husband's new digital Membership card. In all honesty, we are having similar issues in my household, so I will pass on a troubleshooting idea that I was given by Member Services, in hopes that it works for you. First, have your husband log in to his
My Disney Experience account on either the app or the website and click on "My Profile." Then, click "Membership and Passes" to ensure that the Disney Vacation Club Membership is listed there. If not, go to the My Disney Experience website, log in to your husband's account, and click "Add a Disney Vacation Club Membership." Once you have successfully added the Membership to his account, re-try
the steps to access his new digital Membership card. There is also a
video tutorial on the Disney Vacation Club website to guide you through, step-by-step.
After following this troubleshooting tip, if you are still having issues accessing the Membership card, as my wife is, I'm so sorry that I was not able to be of more assistance. Since this is a brand-new process, it seems as if some kinks are being worked out, and Member Services did assure me that although my wife cannot access her new digital Membership card, her current physical card will be able to be used for discounts and benefits through January 2022. Remember that you can also access a temporary card through your account on the Disney Vacation Club website, and that can be used for discounts through the end of this month. My advice would be to attempt to access your husband's card in a couple of weeks to see if the kinks have been worked out and the card can then be downloaded to his digital wallet. If not,
contact Member Services at (800) 800-9800, and a Cast Member should be able to assist you further so that you and your husband will be able to maximize your magical Membership this summer!
Just a friendly reminder: When using your Disney Vacation Club Member benefits, including your discounts on merchandise and dining, be sure to bring a photo ID along with your brand-new digital Membership card!
