    my disney experience account is empty I have a confirmation number who can I speak with to see what happened

    John, I’m sorry you are not able to locate your plans in your My Disney Experience account. Because you already have a confirmation number, it should be pretty simple to link your plans to your account!

    Please click here to link your vacation reservations and purchases now. You can link Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations, advance dining reservations, and other purchases to your account via that link.

    If you have any problems linking your plans, please visit the Walt Disney World Resort help center. You can choose to speak to a Cast Member via phone, online chat, or e-mail.
