    In My Disney Ex I am main user, can see all 3 family members, my daughter can see all three on magicbands, she can see me on tickets but cant see her father on tickets. Her father is listed as friends. How to change him from friends to family? TKS

    Hi, Deborah!

    Let's give this a shot to make sure you and your family are all linked together on your My Disney Experience account.

    Under Family and Friends, you should see everyone's names listed.  You can hit the "Edit" button to add a guest to your Family List.

    If this still isn't working, scroll down to the bottom of the My Family and Friends page where it asks "Do you want to share your Family and Friends list?"   Click on the blue "Change Settings" type.  Change to your desired settings.

    If you still are having no luck you will need to call the Internet Help Desk at (407)939-4357.  They can fix you up like magic!

    I hope this all gets fixed so you will be able to see everyone's tickets and book your FastPass+ selections. Good luck!
