We are going to Disney the end of summer with our 8 (turning while there) 4 and 2 year olds, do you recommend renting a stroller? would there be a problem getting one at each of the parks?

I would definitely recommend renting a stroller for the parks during your stay.  It will allow your youngest children to get a rest while touring the parks and even the 8 year old could catch a ride now and then to regain that energy.  Sometimes I wish they had adult ones so we could get our energy back like the kids!

At the end of summer the crowds start to thin out and you should not have a problem getting a stroller at each park.  To save money you can pay for a length of stay rental which alleviates you standing in a long line each day.  But you must hold onto the receipt and show that every time you need a stroller.
