Hi Going to disney at the end of April, Father who is florida resident bought tickets for him and my mom, then tried to purchase tickets at a later date for us, we live out of state, the website wouldn't let him! What do we do?

    Hi Chris!

It's so sweet for your father to try and purchase Florida Resident Passes for your family.

Unfortunately, the reason it would not process is because guests must be Florida residents in order to utilize the tickets.  Guests are asked to show a valid Florida resident ID or other proof of residency (click the link to see appropriate documentation) when using these tickets.  If you do not have the proper documentation, you will be asked to pay the difference between the Florida resident ticket and a standard park admission.

I hope this clears up any confusion, Chris!  Please let me know if there are any other questions you may have.

    Have a magical day,
    Ashley
