    we are going to Disney easter week the 1st week of april. do you know if we should go to magic kingdom on a Wednesday or Friday both days have magic hours

     Donna, you will love a Spring visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Magic Kingdom Park is my absolute favorite theme park! I'm happy to answer your question about which day you should plan your visit. 

     Magic Kingdom Park does currently have Extra Magic Hours listed for both Wednesday and Friday the week of your vacation. On Wednesday, the Extra Magic Hours are scheduled for 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM. The Extra Magic Hour on Friday is scheduled in the morning, from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Extra Magic Hours are an awesome perk, giving Guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels added time to experience the magic of all four theme parks. If you are staying at a participating hotel, choosing which day to visit Magic Kingdom Park should be based on whether you'd prefer to extend your magic in the morning or in the evening! I have three little ones, so we would probably choose Friday to enjoy the Extra Magic Hour in the morning. If my little ones were big ones, though, I'm sure we'd take advantage of the TWO Extra Magic Hours offered Wednesday night!

     If you aren't eligible to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, I suggest visiting Magic Kingdom Park on Wednesday. In my family's experience, we've found that any of Walt Disney World Resort's theme parks are a bit less crowded mid-week.

     That all said, I really suggest you visit Magic Kingdom Park both Wednesday AND Friday! Magic Kingdom Park has so many incredible attractions and shows; it's hard to experience everything in just one day. My family likes to dedicate at least two days there so that we can experience everything we can!
