    Is the Disney Early Morning Magic - Toy Story Land Special Event Ticket fee nonrefundable if cancelled due to severe weather or mechanical failure or shutdown of the rides?

    Hey howdy hey Laury, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I love traveling to the "place where dreams come true" in mid-May. The schools are in session, the 2019 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom and Mickey and the gang are ready for summer Guests.

    If you are going to "GO BIG" at night you do the Ultimate Nights of Adventure VIP Tour but if you are going to "GO BIG" in the morning then there is no better experience than Disney Early Morning Magic - Toy Story Land. Nestled in Andy's backyard and built by Andy himself are some of the best attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We love to ride in the head car of Slinky Dog Dash so we can yell, "Front of the Dog!"

    Tickets are not refundable for Disney Early Morning Magic - Toy Story Land if there are mechanical failures or due to severe weather. That being said, if Disney's Hollywood Studios completely closes then you will receive a full refund. You will also receive a full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance of your reservation.

    Disney Dad Tip: I will share this story. We purchased a Rivers of Light Dining Package that gave use premium seats to watch the show. The weather prevented the show performance. I went to Guest Relations at the theme park and calmly explained my situation and they made some magic happen. I did not receive a refund but I did get passes to the VIP Seating area for my next trip. If you do not have the experience you are hoping for then I would discuss it with Guest Relations. They truly care about your happiness.
