Hi Robyn,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Either you are incredibly lucky or you did some magical planning! How awesome to be in Orlando during the NFL Pro Bowl.
When I searched, I found some information on the Visit Orlando and ESPN Wide World of Sports sites.
- January 24, the Pro Bowl Skills Showdown begins at 12:00 p.m.
- January 26-30, at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex the FLAG Championships will be held
- January 27, the Pro Bowl Fun Run Series starts at 1:00 p.m.
On the Pro Bowl 18 site, there is a list of the practices and times that gates open (subject to change):
- Wednesday, January 24, Gates Open at 10:00 a.m., NFC Practice 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., AFC Practice 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
- Thursday, January 25, Gates Open at 10:00 a.m., NFC Practice 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., AFC Practice 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
- Friday, January 26, Gates Open at 10:00 a.m., NFC Practice 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., AFC practice 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
- Saturday, January 27, Gates Open at 10:00 a.m., NFC Practice 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., AFC Practice 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
To attend the practices, it looks like fans must register for Fan Mobile Pass.
Robyn, I cannot verify the accuracy of the information I gathered since it is from non-Disney sites, but I am hoping it will point you in the right direction! As an avid NFL fan, I am jumping up and down for you. Wow, what an amazing opportunity!
Since it will be crowded, be sure to make your dining reservations. Try the
ESPN Club at Disney's Boardwalk. The number of televisions still astounds me.
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
