On the Disney Dream, does each person playing golf need a reservation for the Golf Simulator? Or does one person get assigned the time slot and the rest of the family go with them? I am trying to book one time for 3 people. Thanks!

    Ahoy Erin!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! A Disney Cruise Line vacation should be an absolute SLAM DUNK for you and your family, especially with all the fun activities and entertainment onboard the Disney Dream. Knowing your way around the ship from the deck plans and all its amenities, you can map out experiences that will suit your family to a TEE.

Goofy's Sports Deck is one of the reasons my kids prefer the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy of all the Disney ships. My son could play sports games all day long! Sounds like your group has the same "problem." The Sports Simulator at Goofy's Sports Deck offers golf as well as soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey and football.

Reservations for the Sports Simulator are for 30 minute or 60 minute sessions for up to 4 players. So you can feel free to just book one single golf session and all play together...unless someone wants it all to themselves! I would recommend the Golf 60-minute Package since you have three of you wanting to play. That gives plenty of time for everyone to perfect their swing and get their A-game going!

FYI: Sports Simulator participants ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and guests ages 14 to 17 must be accompanied by at least one other guest their same age or older. Finally, if you have a change in plans, make sure to cancel the reservation at least one day prior to avoid a cancellation fee.

Another way to work on your putting technique is to try the 9-hole miniature golf course dubbed "Goofy Golf." My family loves to play mini golf...even if things do get slightly competitive! Other sporty games/activities onboard include ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard, a running track, and a basketball court.

Finally, the Fitness Center in the Senses Spa and Salon has cardio equipment such as treadmills and ellipticals, weight machines, and yoga/Pilates/aerobics classes. The Fitness Center is complimentary for guests 14 years of age and older (but 14 to 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult or guardian to enter).

SWING back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you think of additional questions. However you SLICE it, your Disney Dream voyage should be above PAR in every way!

    Happy Sailing!
