    Disney Dream Oct '19: My mom will need a scooter while on board. We wanted to book a deluxe family verandah room, is there room to park a scooter in there with 4 adults staying in the room, or do we have to book an accessible room?

    Hello Sandra,

    Thanks for sailing by!  All of the shops, dining venues and theaters on board are accessible and will comfortably accommodate an electric scooter .  In addition, there are a number of accessible staterooms, which have wider entrances.  In order to understand which options are best for your family, I recommend that you reach out to Disney's Special Services Team,  who will spend time understanding your unique needs and will partner with you to recommend a fabulous stateroom that will meet your expectations.  You can also call (407) 566-3602 at least sixty days prior to your sailing to reach the Special Services Team via phone if your prefer.   Scooters must be stored either inside your stateroom or in a public storage area (and not in common hallways) for safety reasons, so again, I recommend reaching out in advance to ensure that you secure a stateroom that best meets your needs.
