Ahoy there, Randi! Welcome to planDisney!
It’s exciting that your Disney cruise is fast approaching!
Nassau is one of my favorite Ports of Call because, besides being stunning, there are so many fun things to do!
What an awesome and unique Port Adventure you’re asking about! I’ve heard of swimming with pigs in The Bahamas and have seen some super cool videos about it!
I read over the list of available
Port Adventures in Nassau very carefully, and could not find one that offers swimming with pigs. That doesn’t mean it won’t ever be available, but for right now, swimming with those adorable piglets is not currently being offered as a Port Adventure with Disney Cruise Line.
However, there are many other animal-encounter Port Adventures that are currently being offered, if you’re SEAking some awesome animal and ocean encounters and pictures!
A few that stand out to me are those offered at Blue Lagoon Island, such as the
Sea Lion Encounter (N40),
Shark Encounter (N113), and the
Dolphin Encounter (N21). There are also a few marine life sightings and animal encounters offered as Port Adventures at Atlantis Paradise Island, which I’ve done myself and loved. One currently being offered that stands out to me is
Rescue Tails and Tails (N99), where you can get up close and personal with flamingos, macaws, and more! There are also many snorkeling Port Adventures all around Nassau, giving you up close and personal views of Nassau's tropical sea life!
Another suggestion I have is once you get on board your cruise, head over to the
Port Adventures Desk. While we can all see the same current Port Adventures they can see, they also work very closely with the Port Adventures contractors. So they would have the most up-to-date information and could help answer any questions that might come up while you're on board.
Randi, I hope I was able to offer a few fun alternatives to your desired activity. Whichever one you choose to partake in, I wish you the most adventurous and beautiful memories! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
Bon Voyage,
Rana
