Welcome to planDisney, Caitlin! It sounds like you’re looking to stay healthy while at sea, so I’m happy to help you go the distance with this question today.
In my experience, I have not found green juice onboard the
Disney Dream. While there are a variety of juices that are complimentary at the full-service restaurants and through
complimentary room service, juices are not freshly made or squeezed onboard. You may, however, bring your own beverages with you on embarkation day in your carry-on luggage, as long as they are in sealed, unopened containers.
You can also stay shipshape in the Fitness Center overlooking the ocean or relax at
Senses Spa & Salon. If you really want to treat yourself while getting in some extra rejuvenation, I recommend a visit to the Senses Spa Villas. You can book treatments in private Mediterranean-inspired Villas, each of which has a private verandah off the suite with a whirlpool hot tub and comfortable double loungers. It’s the ultimate getaway at sea.
If you have plans to sail the Disney Fantasy in the future, you’ll find blended beverages at
Senses Juice Bar. And while not the green drink you were hoping to find, I enjoy treating myself to a matcha latte at Cove Cafe. Their specialty drinks are available for an extra cost, but they also offer complimentary bites throughout the day. It’s a peaceful way to enjoy some adults-only time before dinner, especially while the sun is setting.
I hope this information helps you plan for an even smoother sailing. If you think of any other ways we can make your trip more magical, I hope you’ll sail back to us here at
planDisney.
Bon voyage,
Sami
