    Is the Disney Dream doing anything on the October 2013 sailings. My family is going on board on oct.3 and I would like to know if we need to pack anything special ( like halloween costumes).

    I'm so glad you asked this question because Disney Cruise Line recently announced plans for special Halloween sailings on the high seas this fall!  In late September, the ship will be decorated with festive decor including a Halloween themed tree!  Festivities include a deck party with the characters in their costumes, an interactive movie-A Nightmare Before Christmas Sing and Scream and a special meet and greet with Jack Skellington and Sally.  You will also enjoy Haunted Stories of the Sea, Creepy Cabaret, a Villain Takeover, mask-making, pumpkin carvings and of course tricks and treats!  I would definitely plan on bringing costumes so you can take part in all the fun!  There will be pirate festivities as well so don't forget your pirate gear!
