Ahoy, Stacie! Your entire family will absolutely love sailing on the spectacular Disney Dream! Since your youngest is not yet old enough to be an independent toiler user, your parents will certainly be allowed to accompany your children while visiting Disney's Oceaneer Club. This youth club has scheduled times when toddlers and preschoolers are allowed to play with adult supervision from family members. Be sure to check the Personal Navigator newsletter that is delivered to your stateroom each morning. It will list all onboard activities, including a complete listing of all the exciting adventures offered in Disney's Oceaneer Club. I'm certain your family will thoroughly enjoy Disney's amazing cruising experience. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Have a magical sailing on the beautiful Disney Dream! Bon Voyage!
