Hi Celia,
What would a Disney Cruise be without Ariel? You bet you can find Ariel greeting guests aboard the stunning new Disney Dream! I've sailed on the Dream twice since January and I was impressed by the many opportunities that existed to meet and greet
a wide range of Disney characters. Be sure to check your Personal Navigator each day to determine where and when you can find Ariel.
The Senses Spa onboard the Disney Dream offers a wide array of impressive and indulgent treatments for guests to enjoy. However, this Spa is reserved for guests over the age of 18. The Chill Spa caters to teenagers. At present, there are no spa treatments for children as young as your daughter. However, I bet she would enjoy having her hair wrapped at Castaway Cay. Why not bring a bottle of nail polish for her? Then you could dress her up in a comfy robe and paint her fingernails and toenails in your stateroom or on your balcony. I bet that would make her feel quite pampered.
Your little princess is more than welcome to wear her Ariel costume any time onboard the Disney Dream. I saw plenty of little girls dressed like princesses when I sailed aboard the Dream. You may want to have her wear a more traditional dress on formal night, however, in case you'd like to snap a family portrait that evening while everyone is dressed up. That's a picture you'll cherish for years to come!
Bon voyage to you and your daughter, Celia! I hope you have the cruise of a lifetime.
Jill
