Heidi, you can purchase one-way
ground transfers from the
Southampton Terminal to London Heathrow International Airport. The best way to do this is to call Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Disney Cruise Line does partner with
three hotels in the London area-Sofitel London Heathrow Airport, JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, and London Marriott County Hall. Ground transfers are also available to and from these hotels. To add on a pre- or post-cruise stay, call Disney Cruise Line at the number I shared to speak with an agent. I can share that the Southampton Cruise Terminal was very easy to navigate on both embarkation and debarkation days.
