Disney Dream - is Aqua Duck available when we board for use (before leaving port)? Is there a buffet upon boarding?

    Welcome aboard, Dianne -

Thanks for including us in your countdown to your upcoming voyage on the Disney Dream. You and your family must be so excited - this is going to be one heck of a vacation! Hitting the pool area right after embarkation is my family's 1st stop when we go a Disney Cruise. It's been a habit to wear swim suits under our day clothes to make for a snappy change of outfits. The great thing about getting on the AquaDuck early, is the absence of a long line! Since guests are still checking-in and exploring at that time, you likely will not see any long lines at the water slides. The last time we sailed, my kids managed to get on the AquaDuck 4 times without having to wait for a long tine.... and it wasn't even peak lunch.

When you get on board, you will also be directed to where lunch is being served. You will be advised by a cast member on where to go when your board the ship. The last time we sailed, the lunch was served Buffet style at the Enchanted Garden restaurant.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need additional planning help for your cruise.

    bon voyage,
