    What are disney dollars

    Hiya Joyce!

Disney Dollars are a form of currency that can be used in Disney World just like cash. They are similar to USA Dollar bills in size and are usually seen in $1, $5 and $10 denominations.  In the center of the bill there is a stellar image of one of our favorite Characters like Mickey, Minnie, Pluto or Donald Duck among others!

Some people like to collect Disney Dollars as souvenirs and some people like to use them as spending money in the Parks. They are a good option for kids!

You can purchase your very own Disney Dollars in a Disney Resort or at a Guest Service Location in one of the Parks.
