Disney Dining told me more than once that breakfast goes to 10:30 + I can get reservation for 10:20 on Nov 21. Yet their computer only let's them book as late as 9:30. This is too early for my daughter who does not eat early meals. Will later times open up

    Hi Ellen!
It is true that many breakfast locations go as late as 11:30 or so all over property, including character meals. It sounds like where you are trying to get a reservation may already have been booked for these later seatings, which is certainly possible.
However, in answer to your question, guests cancel and rearrange dining reservations all the time, so the likelihood of something later opening up is a definite possibility. It is going to take some perseverance and a little bit of luck, but it's possible. One final option, since you are looking for a later dining time, would be to try for "walk up" seating on the day you wish to dine. Since the meal should be winding down, you may have a chance to score a seating without a reservation. Of course, this is chancing it, but if you are unable to get a seating ahead of your trip, it gives you one last try.
I hope things work out for you and I wish you a Magical vacation!! :)
