Hi Julie,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you have a fantastic vacation planned to the Walt Disney World resort.
I am so glad that you have made
dining reservations. You can certainly arrive without the full number of guests, but remember that dining reservations are typically guaranteed by credit card. If a guest does not show up and does not cancel at least one day in advance, a no show fee will be charged. I forgot to cancel a dining reservation on a prior visit and was charged a fee of $10 per person. If you have pre-paid for a dining experience, be sure to check the specific cancellation and refund policies for that dining event.
Knowing also how difficult some reservations are to get at certain restaurants, I suggest that you cancel the reservation for the guests who will not be present. Doing so will free up dining spots for other guests. We have been the beneficiaries of last minute cancellations and have done a happy dance several times when we snapped up those reservations!
In the meantime, continue to explore the many dining options at the Walt Disney World resort. We are dining at 'Ohana for the first time on our upcoming visit and I am so excited.
Julie, I trust you will have wonderful dining experiences filled with pixie dust and laughter!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
