Hi Rubens!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending your Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR. I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
Oh Boy! One of my favorite pre-arrival activities is booking my advance
Dining Reservations!
Disneyland Resort has so many wonderful table and quick service locations, you almost need two full months to look over all of the menus to winnow down your options! I am very happy to say that Disneyland Dining Reservations open for booking for all guests,
no matter where they stay, 60 days in advance of every day.
I don't have the proper magic mirror to see into your
My Disneyland account to see which of your Disney days are park days vs. your arrival date, Rubens, but you'll be able to
reserve dining for August 12 on June 13. You can choose to log-in every single day once each of your other Disney dates start to open for reservations, or you can wait until your departure day is within that 60-day window to look and book meals for your entire vacation at once. I will say that the most popular options tend to get snapped up within the first few hours that they are available, so you might want to log-in daily. These include Blue Bayou Restaurant, Cafe Orleans, Carthay Circle, Lamplight Lounge, Napa Rose, Oga's Cantina, and Trader Sam's. Pro Tip: If you really have your heart (and your stomach!) set on anything in particular, try to grab it first thing when reservations open for booking; the previous time was 3:00 A.M. PST but the rumor is that reservations now release at 6:00 A.M. PST.
Bonus Pro Tip: If you couldn't find a table at a location that's really high on your must-do Disney list, there's still hope! Keep sEARching on the Disney.com website as well as in your
Disneyland Mobile App. Guests change and cancel their plans all the time, even up until the day before the dining date, so keep trying. You can also ask the Cast Member at the check-in podium if that location happens to have any same-day tables set aside for "walk up" guests. My planDisney team and I were at Disneyland not even two weeks ago and we managed to get a table for 8 at Blue Bayou hours after we asked. The secret hEAR is to ask at the dining location as soon as the park opens. And lastly, a few locations even list their
walk-up availability for booking in the Disneyland Mobile App. There's always a hope for Pixie Dust, Rubens!
I hope this helped to clEAR up your question, Rubens! Be sure to follow our
