How does Disney Dining Plan work for the Wine Country Brunch at Wine Bar George? Specifically the Deluxe Dining Plan!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Shelby!

Want to hear a secret? I don’t enjoy wine. Even so, I am counting down the days until I can stop by Wine Bar George and have a Dole Whip Frozcato – Moscato, vodka, and my favorite Walt Disney World treat, the pineapple Dole Whip?! Sign me up!

The Wine Country Brunch at Wine Bar George provides a lovely brunch experience, inspired by the flavors and ambience of vineyards around the world. For 2019, this brunch is one entitlement per person on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. I spoke to a Cast Member, who explained that this brunch is considered breakfast under the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, which means you’ll be able to choose one entrée and one beverage (including select alcoholic beverages for Guests 21 and older). If you have questions about whether specific wines or menu items are included, I recommend calling the restaurant directly at (407) 490-1800.

When you arrive at the restaurant, let your server know you’re on the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan and they will be able to help you understand which menu items are eligible and which may come with an additional cost. I always find servers so helpful when I’m on the Disney Dining Plan, as they understand how it works and can help me make the best use of my meal entitlements, so be sure to ask any questions you might have. I also love hearing about their favorite menu items – I’ve learned some great dining tips over the years.

Shelby, I’ve heard that the Burrata is absolutely phenomenal at Wine Bar George, and I have seen some drool-worthy photos of that dish. YUM!

I hope you have a fabulous meal at Wine Bar George and that you enjoy your time in Disney Springs. Since we’re talking about delicious food items, I have to ask: have you seen the dining tips and Foodie Guides on the Disney Parks Blog? I love reading these as I count down to my Walt Disney World Resort vacation so I can add all the latest treats to my to-taste list.

    ChEARs, and enjoy every bite!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
