We have the Disney Dining plan and are visiting Be Our Guest for lunch, and Cinderella's Royal table for dinner. My son is almost going to be 2 when we are there. Since he is so young does he eat free with our plan since?

    Hi Amanda!

I love to travel to the Walt Disney World Resort with my kids, but I especially love traveling with them when they are two years of age and under. Not only are they allowed into the Theme Parks free of charge, but they also are allowed to share food off of a paying adult’s plate for free! I think that this is such a nice perk because a lot of times kids are unable to finish a whole meal, even a whole kids meal!

One thing to remember however is that when making a dining reservation you will need to include your two year old into your head count for the reservation. So if it is just the three of you, when making a dining reservation you will need to make that reservation for a party of three. This is so that they give you a table with room for a highchair!  Speaking of dining reservations, I highly recommend making your reservations for Be Our Guest Restaurant and Cinderella’s Royal Table in advance. Dining reservations can be made starting 180 days before your arrival. These two restaurants are extremely popular and I would hate to hear that you weren’t able to get in because they were booked!

I hope that you will have a wonderful time. Make sure to take in the joy and excitement from your son’s experience! There is real and pure magic that kids create when they experience Disney!
