With the Disney Dining Plan TS credit, if the Childrens meal states it comes with two sides and the sides listed list dessert items, does that count as the dessert that comes with the TS credit? I’m specifically looking at the Le Cellier’s Childrens menu.

    Bonjour, Kathleen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so happy to hear from you!

I adore the Disney Dining Plans! I never visit Mickey without one ready to go! The adult and children’s selections are vast and delicious! I’m so happy you’re thinking about meals for your upcoming trip in May!

Usually, the children’s “dessert options” are listed with their “side options” on the menus. So, generally, if a children’s meal says it comes with two sides like at Le Cellier Steakhouse, your child would get to choose two sides to go with their meal (ie. mashed potatoes, a side salad, fruit, mac and cheese, etc.), and then they would be allowed to choose a dessert as they are included in the Disney Dining Plans Table Service Meals. Every restaurant location varies, though, so I would talk with your server if you have any concerns! They are always happy to help you find substitutions, clarify menu items, and make sure you and your party members get exactly what you’re wanting to eat!

Kathleen, I hope your vacation is scrumptious, magical, and fun! We’d love to hear from you again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
